Joseph
O Holy Joseph, carpenter and
artisan of Nazareth, you
contributed your services to the
realization of greater
mysteries.
God, the builder of all things,
confided in you to care for
Jesus as your Son and Mary as
your spouse.
He placed on you the obligation
of toil.
Grant that the building project
in our community of St. Mary's
may serve to better our lives
and through your intercession
contribute to the spread of the
Kingdom of Christ.
With you as our example and
guide, help us to faithfully
carry out our commitment and do
the work
God has asked and come to the
rewards promised to us.
We ask this in the name of Jesus
the Lord. Amen.
